The Internet Governance Forum kicks off on Monday, 12 November 2018, in Paris, France. On the evening of Sunday, 11 November, from 19:30 to 22:00, APC and Hivos/DDP will host the event Disco-tech Paris, under the theme, “Breaking through the walls of an inaccessible internet”.

This year's Internet Governance Forum (IGF) will take place from 12 to 14 November at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France. The overall theme of the event is “Internet of Trust”. We are heading to Paris to capture the activities and highlights of #IGF2018, and we hope to see you there.

The Internet Universality Indicators have been developed through a process of desk research and global multistakeholder consultation, undertaken by UNESCO with the support of a consortium which has been led by the Association for Progressive Communications.
