Instituto Bem Estar Brasil (IBEBrasil) is a civil, social, cultural and educational non-profit association. With its mission focused on the universalisation of access to the internet as a human right, since its foundation, it has worked on research, development and innovation; political and regulatory advocacy; and consulting and education in the areas of information and communication technologies, economic impact, social technologies, open government and digital culture.
