B-BOVID and Tractor are hands-on initiatives in the Western part of Ghana. B-BOVID’s relies on TRACTOR for training of community farmers in the sustainable agro-industry under changing environmental conditions. The company plans to demonstrate best practice in organic farming on its own plantations, to establish an out growers scheme with both high quality planting material and training in modern farming techniques.
