Harira Abdulrahman Wakili is a digital entrepreneur, gender and internet rights advocate, 2018 fellow at the African School on Internet Governance, Digital Grassroots Ambassador and Social Media Officer at the Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD). She has intimagely involved in the gender digital inclusion work at CITAD.
