Ariel Barbosa

Ariel is a promoter and advocate of digital rights and the use of the internet and new technologies for social development. For more than 25 years he worked at Colnodo, an APC member organisation in Colombia, and since 2021, he has been working at Localization Lab, a not-for-profit organisation that makes technology accessible through collaboration with developers, organisations, end users and communities in need worldwide. He is also a member of Colnodo's board.
