What is the project about?
The Catalysing Better Policy, Regulatory and Financing Frameworks for Community Networks in Malawi project will be implemented by a consortium of four partners: the Centre for Youth and Development as the lead and grant holder, UmozaNet, the ICT Association of Malawi (ICTAM), and Mzuzu University – ICT Department. The project leverages on each organisation's networks and capacity to build a community networks movement, plan and implement capacity building initiatives, and conduct policy advocacy that will contribute to enabling the policy and regulatory frameworks and financing necessary for building, deploying and operating community networks in Malawi.
