This three-part framework developed by APC seeks to support policy makers and civil society organisations by providing practical guidance for developing gender-responsive cybersecurity policies, laws and strategies. Thus, it is expected to contribute to the various stakeholders interested in the contributions of a gender approach to cybersecurity to find a theoretical background that can support their policies and actions.
At this year's Privacy Camp, APC and The Engine Room hosted a session reflecting on some of the false climate solutions that digital rights advocates should be aware of amid efforts to act in solidarity with environmental defenders and climate justice movements.

APC joins with other civil society organisations to denounce that while the Committee on NGOs is the gatekeeper to civil society access and is entrusted with monitoring the relationship between NGOs and the UN, the Committee’s practices violate its mandate.
