Polar View is an earth observation (EO) or satellite remote-sensing program, focused on both the Arctic and the Antarctic. It promotes the utilization of satellites for public good and in support of public policy in the areas of sustainable economic development, marine safety, and the environment.
Polar View services are designed to address a myriad of polar concerns on environmental protection, maintenance of traditional way of life, and safety and efficiency of marine transportation as well as sustainable development. Current services include:
