Partnership for Higher Education in Africa (PHEA)

PHEA represents both a belief in the importance and viability of higher education in Africa and a mechanism to provide meaningful assistance to its renaissance. PHEA has been a partner of APC since 2007, with the emergence of the South Africa National Broadband Forum, a coalition working to reduce the price of broadband in the country, which PHEA is supporting.
