I wish I was there, in Tunis witnessing, protesting, claiming: freedom of expression, respect of human rights and ICT for all.

This is our way to be there from here.

Mobilisation start from the possibility to access and to understand the relevance of a topic, an event in our own lives.

Owsee editors (Dejan, Ivana, Elena, Luan,Tomislav) think that accessing information is related also to the language in which they are produced. So this is our concrete contribution to make civil society voices heard.

One week ago, in Sarajevo, had been held a conference on e-government, civil society (if we think of a critical mass) was not there… we need to reflect upon this.

What is happening or not happening in Tunis will impact Bosnia as well as all the other countries in the SEE region. That the reason why we

belive is necessary in such occasion, to build up a chain using all the different languages which connect the local civil societies with the global civil society representing, discussing defending our common open space.
