The APC network is gearing up to participate in the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), set to take place this year in Lillestrøm, Norway, from 23-27 June. Under the overarching theme “Building Governance Together,” this year's IGF will address key thematic issues such as digital trust and resilience, sustainable and responsible innovation, universal access and digital rights, and digital cooperation – topics that align meaningfully with APC’s strategic priorities.

We will be actively engaging in IGF by organising, presenting and moderating sessions, policy discussions and networking events focused on ensuring that digital governance is rooted in equity, justice and rights-based approaches.

Below you will find a curated schedule of our network’s sessions and activities throughout IGF. As the sessions are organised using different modalities, be sure to verify which events are taking place online, in-person or in hybrid format. You can add the events to your IGF schedule using the links below once you have registered for the event.

In addition, APC will be hosting a booth at the IGF community village. The APC booth is always a dynamic hub showcasing the work of our network and an active space to connect with staff, members and partners who are attending in person. It is the perfect opportunity to stop by and learn about the Full Picture Campaign, a powerful campaign by APC's Our Voices, Our Futures (OVOF) project, and explore how misinformation and disinformation intersect with digital technologies (and how we can reclaim our digital world!).

The list below will be continually updated leading up to IGF based on contributions from the APC community. If you are part of our network and would like to let us know about a session you are participating in, please write to communications@apc.org. Be sure to check back regularly to see what new sessions from our network have been added!
