The Digital Rights and Inclusion Forum (DRIF26) is a three-day, annual convening hosted by Paradigm Initiative (PIN). It serves as a platform for digital rights actors and individuals across the Global South to share experiences, present research outcomes, and collaborate to advance internet freedom.

DRIF offers a forum where discussions on digital rights, inclusion, and policy are shaped, policy trajectories are discussed, and partnerships are forged for action.

The event brings together representatives from the government, legislature, civil society, non-governmental organisations, activists, academia, the technical community, and the private sector to address various topics centred on digital inclusion and rights.

DRIF has established itself as the arena for tough topical global issues around Internet rights, especially in Africa, consolidating views from civil society, technology companies, government, academia, and other stakeholders.
