He coordinates the training program for Techio Comunitario community technicians. And currently coordinates the Research Area of REDES A.C. and Rhizomatica. He has published several texts and participated in research projects on community and indigenous communication and telecommunications in Mexico. He has been a subject professor at different universities in the city of Puebla, among which the Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, the University of the Americas Puebla and the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Puebla. He has a PHD in Sociology from the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Alfonso Vélez Pliego de la Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP). In this same institution he developed his Master's studies in Sociology and, previously, his Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of the Americas Puebla (UDLAP).
