Emancipating the content creation: Community networks

What is the project about?

Instituto Nupef will promote catalytic interventions in community networks implemented in the past years through the development of capacities for content creation and dissemination by communities and for the use of ICTs (considering privacy and security), as well as through technical improvements that contribute to their consolidation and sustainability.
