Delphine Ménard

People and culture manager

Biography

Delphine joined APC in 2023 as people and culture manager. She became interested in human resources wanting to explore the crossroads of two of her passions: people and systems. Before joining APC, Delphine worked in the wine business, was an event manager, worked as a trainer in intercultural communication, spent some time in communications, designing and developing websites, and worked as a grants/programme officer at the Wikimedia Foundation, where she joined the HR team just before the pandemic. Delphine has been a Wikimedia volunteer since 2004 and is still involved today, helping in strategy, organisational development and occasionally HR. She's in it, all of it, for the people.

Delphine was born in southern France, moved around France a lot and also lived in New Mexico in the US and in Salzburg in Austria. She has now found a home near Frankfurt, Germany, where she lives with her husband, and two teenagers who make her life... interesting.
