respond to the Human Rights Council resolution that 'human rights
apply on the internet as much as they do 'off' the internet?

THREE: STRENGTHENING DEMOCRATIC IG IN AFRICA MODERATOR:

What
needs to be done at regional, national and global levels to (1)
make IG in Africa more effective, inclusive and accountable, and
(2) to strengthen African influence and involvement in global IG
processes? Can Africa provide leadership in consolidating
multi-stakeholder internet governance that respects and promotes
human rights and contribute to development? What are the 10
improvements that are most important to us? Who can make them
happen? Group discussion at tables for 30 minutes followed by
reports and plenary discussion.

volunteers to help draft the outcome into a 'statement' which will
then be finalised in consultation with participants during the
next few days. Participants will be asked to make closing remarks
from the floor.
