Mehar Un Neesa joined APC in June 2022 as the Women’s Rights Programme administration coordinator. Prior to this, she worked as the finance, human resources and administration officer with Open Society Foundations Pakistan for five years. Her range of experience and interests covers financial management, budgeting, resource mobilisation, human resource management, procurement, logistics support, and convenings facilitation. Mehar holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance and Accounting.
Purpose of position
The programme administration coordinator organises, coordinates and undertakes the critical day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Working closely with the WRP co-management team and the APC finance and operations teams, the programme administrator contributes to financial management and reporting, as well as development and maintenance of programmatic operational processes, systems and structures in the areas of human resources, programme administration and resource mobilisation.
