Biography

Roberto has a PhD in Social Anthropology and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Federal University of São Carlos, and is now a social anthropologist at ISA. Since 2006 he has worked with Amazonian riverside communities and has experience with collaborative research, community organisation and forest economies. He is a member of projects for the installation of digital radio communication systems in the Juruá and Xingu river basins. More here.
