The 48th Session of the Human Rights Council was held from 13 September to 8 October 2021. The HRC remains a key space for APC to raise concerns about threats and challenges to human rights online.
The joint report presented to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Working Group ahead of its 38th session by TEDIC and APC consists of information around three specific areas related to online gender-based violence and access to justice in Paraguay. A synthesis of each of them is offered here.
