This report presents a summary of the most relevant events with respect to human rights and the internet in Latin America in 2015. As the international community gathers at the Internet Government Forum (IGF) 2015, it is our hope that this summary can help broaden participants’ knowledge about the region.

APC member Derechos Digitales coordinated this initiative, and developed it in partnership with APC and Coding Rights of Brazil. It was completed on 15 October 2015.
