At the IGF 2015 conference in Brazil, APC and its members including LaborNet participated actively. Delegates talked about their issues and concerns and issues facing internet rights and democratic communication. Participants also discussed the role of Facebook in setting up the internet address www.internet.org and using “zero rating” to market their products in poor working-class communities in Brazil and many other countries.
