This year's Internet Governance Forum (IGF) will take place from 12 to 14 November at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France. The overall theme of the event is “Internet of Trust”. We are heading to Paris to capture the activities and highlights of #IGF2018, and we hope to see you there.

Three years ago, I caught a flight for the first time to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, excited and nervous to be joining the AfriSIG/gigX class of 2015.
The School's primary goal is to give Africans from multiple sectors and stakeholder groups the opportunity to gain knowledge that will enable them to participate in internet governance processes and debates at the national, regional and global levels.
The 2018 IGF Best Practice Forum on Cybersecurity issued a call for contributions to gain perspectives from all interested stakeholders on existing norms development efforts, how those norms are being implemented, and whether they are successful.
APC’s year of transition has been a year of learning and change for all of us. We’ve had a good year, made possible by the spirit, hard work and commitment of the APC staff, the engagement of our members, the guidance of our board of directors, and the support of our partners.
