Instituto DEMOS works on promoting, strengthening and accompanying women's, youth and indigenous organisations and fostering democratic development processes at the local, national and international levels. DEMOS's vision is that of an inclusive Guatemala and Central America region based on social justice, human security and the exercise of human rights.
