Financial management

This management system is responsible for effective and transparent management of APC’s finance. The finance team is responsible for:

  • Receiving and disbursing funds on behalf of APC
  • Maintaining & providing APC’s book of accounts and financial records
  • Budgeting
  • Reporting on expenditure

Human resources administration

The human resources administration at APC is following the guidelines of the HR manual. This document sets the conditions and criteria for the hiring of staff, the conditions of employment, remuneration policies and the like.
