Evaluation and learning

At APC, the evaluation and monitoring of projects, activities, events and to a greater extent, programmes, is part of the organisational culture. One that relies on a constant flow of communication, of reporting and analysis of the successes and failures of our operations.

This management system is not only important for meeting our duties in terms of reporting to funders. It is the basis on which APC, as a network of member organisations and staff effectively learn.
