Developed by:
Centre for Development Informatics (CDI) of the University of Manchester

This Web site provides online guidance, research knowledge and networking about ICTs’ relation to climate change mitigation, monitoring, strategy and adaptation in developing countries. Project outputs include a Table of Online Resources on ICTs, Climate Change and Development (1997-2010), Review of literature, and identification of research gaps and priorities in the field of ICTs, climate change and development, and a Conceptual Paper on ICTs and Climate Change Adaptation – new conceptual models explaining climate change vulnerabilities, climate change adaptation within livelihood systems, and ICTs’ contribution to livelihood resilience (“e-resilience”) and adaptation (“e-adaptation”). The project maintains a blog and a discussion group.
