| Sommet mondial sur la société de l’information, Phase II, Tunis, Rapport du PrepCom I | Ce rapport commence par une présentation du contexte qui a alimenté la controverse à Tunis, notamment le programme des droits humains, le programme ‘Nord-Sud’, le manque de précision au sujet de l’objet et des résultats de la phase II et les premiers signes de tension manifestés par la société civile en préparation de la PrepCom. Il décrit ensuite les éléments de base, la façon de travailler et la préparation de la société civile dans le cadre du processus du SMSI jusqu’en 2004.
