- Holding a bachelor in graphic design, Caroline has always been interested in communication issues that go beyond layout. After an internship in South Africa with Alternatives in 2003, Caroline was employed by Québec civil society groups such as Communautique and Koumbit, two organisations that work primarily in the ICT field.
