The APC Women’s Networking Support Programme’s Gender Evaluation Methdology (GEM) is an evaluation tool that provides a systematic guide to integrating gender analysis and perspectives in ICT for development (ICT4D) projects. GEM provides a suite of resources – including a step-by-step evaluation tool, documented evaluation findings, links to other evaluation resources and support from GEM facilitators and consultants within the APC women’s programme network – designed to guide organisations in learning to integrate gender evaluation practice in the implementation of their projects.
