La semana pasada, APC asistió a la Cuarta Conferencia Ministerial sobre la Sociedad de la Información en Montevideo, Uruguay, organizada por la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe y organizó un pre-evento titulado Desarrollo Abierto: Explorando el futuro de la sociedad de la información en ALC.
