Strategic management and fundraising
APC’s strategic management team, lead by the executive director, works closely with the executive board to make sure that APC achieves its strategic priorities.
Mobilising financial resources takes place at several levels. It includes relationship building. The fundraising management system ensures that we have the necessary funds to implement APC’s strategic action plans and keep the organisation and network healthy, effective and sustainable. Financial resources are mobilsed through:
- Proposal development fundraising in each of the three programmes
- Joint fundraising efforts with APC members and strategic partners
