- Victorine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, and worked in administration for the private sector. Having completed many training programmes focusing on HIV/AIDS, she is a peer educator in HIV/AIDS prevention. Victorine is a co-founder of AZUR Development. She has been involved in both regional and national initiatives. In particular, she has worked to strengthen the partnerships between the organisation and national structures. Victorine manages the organisation’s communications with its members and edits our internal news bulletin, Kintuadi, which is distributed to our members.
