- Karel lives in Prague and he is a sociologist by profession. He has been with APC since 2004, working on number of APC's projects related to FOSS, community wireless connectivity, ActionApps CMS, usage of Web2.0 tools for development work and others. He is also coordinating the APC Member Exchange Fund MEF which facilitates APC members' collaborative initiatives and knowledge sharing within APC network.
