- Chad is the global networking, policy and advocacy coordinator for APC and is in the business of collecting stories and building relationships. He likes working with people, getting to know them, finding out what they are passionate about and supporting processes that help them meet their goals. His tasks at APC include coordination the Network of Networks project and our work in the Internet Governance Forum. Prior to APC he most recently worked at the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation shaping a network of several thousand of the most engaged students from across Canada whose goal is to change Canada one community and relationship at a time. Prior to that he worked at Alternatives a mid-sized International cooperation NGO as a communications project manager and also served on their board. Chad has a B.A. in Communications from Concordia University, an MA in Electronic Communications from San Francisco State University and an MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University. Chad is currently chair of the board of Santropol Roulant - a Montreal-based youth-led meals on wheels.
