Bio

Cheekay has been working in the area of ICTs and gender since 1999. Her experience ranges from conducting gender evaluations of ICT4D projects and initiatives, to conducting ICT training for women's and other activist groups. She is currently a project coordinator for the APC Strategic Uses Programme. Prior to that, she has been working with the APC Women's Networking Support Programme since 2002. She is based in Manila, Philippines.
