Building Communication Opportunities
The Building Communication Opportunities (BCO) Alliance is a partnership of eleven development agencies (including APC) working on information, communications and development. BCO Alliance partners believe that information and communications are of crucial importance in poverty reduction - in enabling the poor to have their say and to get better access to knowledge and other resources.
Style information: The full version should always take capital letters. There is no "s" after communication.

Two years back I wrote two articles on telecentre movement, Birth of BTN and Trend & Trade of Telecenre Movement, where I showed wrong way and fallacy of ICT4D. The both articles were appreciated not only in Bangladesh, even I got kind responses from British, French and American ICT thinkers.
