The Association for Progressive Communications (APC) is mobilising for the 11th annual Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Guadalajara, Mexico, from 6 to 9 December 2016. The Internet Governance Forum will take place on 6-10 December in Guadalajara, Mexico. On 5 December, APC will host the event Disco-tech Guadalajara, under the theme “Community Networks: Civil society’s efforts to improve connectivity in local communities”.
