APC has been involved in the eLAC process from the very beginning. It’s the regional action plan for the information society, and has been coordinated by ECLAC. APC has participated in several preparatory meetings and has been successfully lobying for a more meaningful multistakeholder approach. APC LAC ICT policy monitor will be offering a special coverage with original contect.
