The UPR is a mechanism for states to tell other countries what they have achieved in promoting human rights – but also for non-state actors to raise issues of concern. Read this special edition of GenderIT.org to learn more about the current discussions about women’s human rights on the internet. http://www.genderit.org/node/3568
