Pangea

Pangea is an independent non-profit organisation founded in 1993 to promote the strategic use of communication networks and ICTs for development and social justice. As an APC member organisation, Pangea participates in a number of the association’s areas of work. Currently, the priority issues on which it is actively working are internet rights (the Internet Rights Charter); ICT policies and the information society (WSIS); gender issues and ICTs, through the Espai de Dones (Women’s Space); and training.
