The mission of CEPES (Centro Peruano de Estudios Sociales) is to contribute to the modernisation and development of agrarian and rural society so that peasants and small farmers can take a leading role. CEPES is involved in various activities aimed at the dissemination and strategic management of information, in which technology plays a key part.
