L’OSMI 2012 explore la façon dont l’internet est utilisé pour assurer la transparence et la responsabilisation, les défis auxquels les militants de la société civile doivent faire face lorsqu’ils combattent la corruption, et ce qui arrive lorsque l’internet ne réussit pas a faciliter la transparence et une société égalitaire.
