The general theme of this report is the process and outcomes of the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), with special focus on Source: Tunis Agenda for the Information Society">internet governance
, censorship and human rights issues, as well as on the Ugandan way forward.The report comprises the presentations made at two seminars, the Ugandan one mentioned and a Swedish one, arranged in Uppsala, Sweden, October 3, 2005, called “WSIS, Internet Governance and Human Rights”.
