on 19th April, 2006 seeking feedback/comments on the draft act by the deadline of April 26, 2006. It is again that weird kind of consultation process, by putting the draft act on website and they think that everybody will know about it and will send comments to an email address.

Well, before engaging with PSEB on this, thought that we should seek your expert opinion. Anyone who has prior knowledge and experience on this kind of legislation may like to help us identify gaps if any.

We will then make sure to deliver these observations to PSEB and Ministry of IT, Government of Pakistan.
