Training Workshop: Enterprise Modelling for Non-Profit Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship

This two-day practical workshop will cover the following topics:

- Diversifying your revenue streams
- Identifying key resources, activities and partners
- Costing an enterprise model
- Implementation of your enterprise model
Who Should Attend:
This workshop is aimed at social entrepreneurs, leaders and managers of non-profit organisations, civil society consultants and donor agencies.
Cost:
The workshop fee of R2,950 per person includes lunch, refreshments and all materials. Participants who register before 9 February are entitled to a R200 discount.

Ungana-Afrika reserves the right to change or cancel the workshop where unforseen circumstances make this necessary. In such a case, registered participants will be contacted at least two days prior to the workshop, and will be given the option of a full refund should the changes not be suitable.
